BACKSTORY
Harmon Janssen had it all. Money, Cars, Houses, Wife and Kids. Janssen was a middle of the road fighter, working anywhere he could. He lucked into a title match and with one punch, became a legend, knocking out the 'unbeatable' Japanese shootfighter Yasu Yasunaga. 'The Man with the Hand of Fate' became his moniker as he continued to win, seemingly out of nowhere with his right hand. But there was more to the story...
Born from middle class roots, he wasn't ready to handle all the hype and extravagance that came with being the Superstar. Bad investments and a shady manager broke him, monetarily and figuratively. His life come crashing down: Everything and Everyone left, including the wife and three children. After a near fatal car crash due to questionable circumstances, he vowed to bring himself up to prominence, but his manager blackballed him in his old fighting locales, using tainted testing that gave him a 10 year ban from the sport. With his ban ended, he yearns for the chance to fight again.
