Son of famed Russian boxer Spartak Volkov, Viktor always had large boots to fill. Born on the 16th November 1992, Viktor began to box at the age of 5 and was in his father's gym training for most of his young life until he was a young teen, when he became increasingly distracted by petty crime with a group of friends he hung out with. It was during his teen years that he became increasingly involved with organised crime, rising quickly in the ranks much to the chagrin of his father, who vehemently despised the path Volkov was going down. Some way along the line, Viktor and his father reconciled, prompting Viktor to go back to boxing - training and competing in the London 2012 Olympic Games.

​MMA always had an allure to the Russian, and after a lengthy stint in pro wrestling Volkov would eventually make his debut in the sport with Union GP. After his contract ran out Viktor opted not to re-sign, and after another short stint in pro wrestling (bemoaning his need to cut weight in MMA) the big boxer has now returned to UGP, moving up to heavyweight in the process.
