ROUND ONE

=========================================

 

[The bell announces the first round and both fighters touch gloves to get this one started. Randall Wade closes in and quickly works Euphrates over to secure a clinch. Josiah tries to shrug his way out, but Randall pummels through and presses him up against the cage. Wade displays his dirty boxing by unloading on the body and Euphrates is unable to defend himself as he absorbs several heavy strikes to the ribs. Wade continues to hold the clinch against the fence and covers his hands all over Euphrates' face to cut off his breathing. Euphrates looks distressed and tries to struggle off, but Randall Wade times it up and lands some more big punches to the ribs. Josiah Euphrates manages to push Wade off and as he stumbles back, Josiah circles out to get back to the center of the cage.]

 

[Back in the center of the octagon, Randall Wade fakes a punch and shows some footwork moving aside. This baits Euphrates to lead with a punch and Wade slips it and lands flush with a counter uppercut! Euphrates stumbles on his heels and reveals a small cut on his chin. He doesn't have time to regroup as Wade pressures in to launch some tentative punches and Euphrates takes the best of a brief punching exchange. Both fighters circle around a bit before a quick right hand from Randall Wade misses its target. Wade follows up with a hook to the body and Euphrates stops that one with his ribs! Josiah winces with clear signs of pain in his midsection and Randall tries to close in on him.]

 

[Wade goes swinging for the fences and connects with an uppercut that almost breaks Euphrates' jaw! Josiah stumbles back to try and keep his footing but Wade keeps the pressure on and tries a nice one-two combination. Josiah keeps his wits and he's able to block the combo and fire off a counter kick to the body. Wade takes a solid kick right below his ribs and stops his momentum. Euphrates drops his level and shoots a single leg, but Wade reads it well and sprawls back to stuff the takedown attempt. Josiah looks to get back on solid footing after the failed takedown and just barely avoids a swift leg kick from Wade. Josiah gets back to a solid stance just as Wade launches an overhand punch. Josiah deflects the strike and counters with a big head kick, but he misses badly and ends up slipping and falling to the mat!]

 

[Wade is standing while Euphrates is on the ground on his back. Wade launches a kick to Euphrates's thigh but Euphrates checks that kick and counters with a vicious kick to the knee. Randall Wade steps back and allows Euphrates to get back to his feet. Back to the beginning! Josiah Euphrates is standing now. The two circle around looking for angles and a series of nice punches connect from Randall Wade. Euphrates staggers backwards and Wade looks like he wants to finish this and continues launching bombs, leading with a bone shattering straight right hand! He follows it up with a brilliant combination that forces Euphrates to try and defend better.]

 

[Randall Wade leans forwards and tries to secure a clinch, but Euphrates pushes off and Wade stumbles on his feet, allowing  Josiah Euphrates to circle to the center of the octagon. The two close the gap and Wade is measuring Euphrates with his jab with some good accuracy on his part. The referee eventually separates the fighters as the buzzer sounds. Both fighters head to their corners and Randall Wade has to be confident that he won that round.]

ROUND TWO

=========================================

 

[The second round opens up and Wade works his offense in with some nice punches. Randall Wade swings with a wild hook and connects on Euphrates' chin! The two step into each other and exchange wildly and Wade is getting the upper hand by connecting with a few more punches and finishes off the trades with a bone shattering straight left! Wade keeps his opponent guessing, connecting with a stinging leg kick. Euphrates retaliates with a body shot but Wade dodges and catches him with a hard cross. Josiah is taking a lot of damage and locks Wade up in a clinch to try and slow things down.]

 

[Both fighters jockey for position inside the clinch before Wade drops his opponent with a leg sweep and lands in a side mount on the ground. Euphrates tries to move on the ground but shows Wade a crack in his guard which he uses for a big elbow! Euphrates gets rocked and his head bounces off the mat! Jordan Ripley knows he may be calling off the fight soon! Wade throws a lot of punches in bunches and a number of them slip through before he switches it up with some heavy hammer fists. Wade now works on the ground and moves to full mount! Josiah looks completely gassed as Wade imposed his will on him. Randall grabs Josiah’s right arm and starts working on a Kimura! Randall Wade gets the submission locked in and it looks to be unbreakable! Euphrates' arm is bent at an awful angle and has nothing else but to tap!]

ROUND ONE

[The opening bell sounds and this fight gets underway. Jeremiah Ford fakes a punch and shows some footwork moving aside. Solid shot from Jeremiah Ford to the body but Levy blocks it just in time. Lars Levy counters with a big straight left but Ford ducks under and throws some counter punches that just hit air. Both fighters circle around to the center of the cage as they regroup. Jeremiah changes levels and grabs Levy by the waist and takes this fight to the mat. Ford is in open guard on the ground but quickly Levy launches a few punches to Ford's cheek from the guard. Jeremiah launches a few punches back but Levy covers himself well and then rolls on the ground. Great reversal!]

 

[Lars is in open guard now and tries to pass to half guard. Jeremiah tries to put a top to it, but he cannot prevent it and Levy now looks to work from half guard. Jeremiah tries to throw a few hammer punches to the body but Levy is able to cover himself up pretty well. Levy now works to free his leg and as soon as he does, he jumps out and moves to side mount. Lars doesn’t stop here, as he slides his knee across and gets to a full mount! Ford tries to roll to his side and trap Levy in his guard, but Lars keeps good control and remains in full mount. Both men jockey for position for a while but neither get clear control and eventually Herschel Warden steps in to stand them up. Both fighters continue the fight on their feet and you can hear how the people agree with that decision.]

 

[Back on their feet, both fighters circle around the center of the cage, looking for any openings. Ford closes in and tries to secure a clinch, but Levy wants nothing to do with it and side steps out of it. Ford tries to keep the pressure on and goes for a sweep single, but Levy was ready for it and shrugs it off to stay upright and connects with a few tentative punches to keep some distance. Jeremiah tries to pressure back in but this time Levy changes levels and hits a textbook single leg and takes the fight back to the mat. Levy is in side mount over Ford and it looks like he’s trying to cool down the fight a bit.]

 

[Just as Ford relaxes a bit from the bottom, Levy unloads with a bevy of punches.Ford takes a beating and it looks like Levy doesn’t just want to sit and stall on the ground. Levy slides his knee across and achieves the full mount position! Tough spot for Jeremiah Ford here. Jeremiah Ford tries to roll to his side and get to half guard but Lars Levy rolls Jeremiah Ford to his stomach and takes his back! Ford has Levy controlling his back while on the ground. Before Levy can get anything going, though, the buzzer sounds and marks the end of the round. Herschel Warden tells the fighters to go to their corners as the round is over.]

ROUND TWO

[Round two begins and Jeremiah Ford closes the distance with his opponent wanting some action. Ford tries to bring the fight to the ground but Levy won't budge, forcing Ford to pull guard. Levy is in closed guard and Ford tries to roll on the ground, but Levy uses his leg to keep his position on the ground. Ford tries several times to roll and get a better position, but Levy stops him each time. Neither guy gets any control and soon Herschel Warden stands the fighters up due to a lack of activity. Both fighters continue the fight on their feet and you can hear how the people agree with that decision.]

 

[Back on their feet, Ford wastes little time and shoots for a double leg takedown! He hits it! Lars Levy is taken off his feet, but he manages to pull Ford into his guard. Ford uses some of his wrestling skills to escape from the closed guard but Levy holds him and prevents him from moving to a better position. Levy is trying to counter now by isolating an arm in a kimura attempt! Ford blocks the hold and uses the opportunity to pass Levy's guard. Ford is in half guard over Levy and tries to free his leg. Levy moves fast and both fighters exchange some weak punches while climbing to their feet. Both fighters have climbed to their feet and they continue the fight standing. The fans here in the Minsk Arena are cheering the fighters on!]

 

[Back on their feet, Levy seems hesitant as if he would give the initiative to his opponent. These two fighters are showing each other a ton of respect. Lars fakes a punch and shows some footwork moving aside before shooting in for a double leg! Ford is taken off his feet, but he manages to pull Levy into his guard. On the ground, Ford tries to roll out but Lars uses his leg to keep his position on the ground. Levy now tries to improve his position on the ground as he sits on his knees and tries to break the closed guard. Lars fakes a few punches and then slips one leg to get the half mount. Levy launches a few fake punches and tries to escape! Ford is covering himself! Levy tries to force the situation and Ford clumsily gives his back! Ford has Levy controlling his back while on the ground. He tries to roll and find an escape but he's unable to move under Levy’s control.]

 

[Levy seems to be cooling the fight on the ground a bit now. After a few moments, Levy uses some of his wrestling skills to escape from the closed guard! After a few tentative moves, he jumps to side mount! Ford launches a few weak punches but Levy blocks them effectively. The referee once again decides to stand up the fighters since there was not much action on the ground. Both fighters have climbed to their feet and they continue the fight standing. The fans in the arena boo as they don’t agree with the call.]

 

[These two fighters are showing each other a ton of respect as they get back on their feet. Levy shoots in for a single leg and takes Ford back down to the mat, but Ford explodes from the bottom and gets right back up. Levy may not have been able to get anything going after the takedown, but it’ll look good on the scorecards at least. Levy and Ford circle around the center of the cage and study for any openings. Ford comes in with a vicious straight left, but Levy ducks it and hits a blast double leg! Ford gets slammed to the mat but is able to close his guard. Levy tries to open up his opponent with some repeated punches to the temple. Just then, the buzzer sounds once more and the referee stops the action.]

ROUND THREE

[The third and final round begins and as the two close the distance, Levy fakes a punch and shoots a takedown! Jeremiah Ford didn't see it coming and has been put on the ground! Ford doesn't want to continue the fight in this position and tries to get back on his feet but he can't do it because of Levy's pressure. Levy tries to jump to side mount, but Ford closes his guard around him. Levy continues to work on the ground and eventually is able to move to side mount, and it looks like Jeremiah Ford’s tank is empty. Ford launches a few weak punches but Levy blocks them with ease. Levy slides his knee across and achieves the full mount position! Tough spot for Jeremiah Ford.]

 

[Jeremiah Ford tries to roll on the ground to escape but Levy knows how to keep his advantage on the ground and keeps his superior position. Ford looks to try and make another attempt to escape, but Levy catches an arm and wrenches back with an armbar! Ford gets stuck and the immense pain forces him to tap!]

[The bell announces the first round. Out of the gate, Janssen seems hesitant as if he would give the initiative to his opponent. Altman doesn't bite though, so Janssen measures Altman with his jab. Good accuracy on his part. Altman fonapoy fires back with a bone shattering straight right hand and Janssen is going to have a big headache after that blow! Harmon retaliates with a body shot but Altman dodges it and counters with a hard cross. Janssen's left cheek looks cut and is beginning to swell. Janssen throws a one-two combo then fakes a move to fire a big right hand on the chin, but Altman's defense muffles the blows.]

 

[Janssen and Altman circle around the center of the cage to regroup before the two step in and engage in a wild exchange of punches! Hansen looks like he's getting the best of the exchange as he lands a few blows. Altman fakes a move and launches a nice uppercut but Janssen blocks it and makes it look easy. Janssen moves forward, looking to grapple but Altman doesn't want to engage and backpedals away. Both fighters circle around the center of the cage before Altman feints a low kick and switches targets to land a superb body kick! Altman then fakes a punch and shoots a takedown! Janssen didn't see it coming and has been put on the ground.]

 

[Altman is in open guard and tries to open up Janssen with a few strikes with his right elbow. Some nice shots are landing and Janssen is trying to block them with his hands. Harmon Janssen overhooks an arm and starts cranking! Interesting maneuver but Altman pulls his arm out of danger and moves to half guard. Altman keeps moving and manages to get his leg free to move to side mount. Sander isn't done there, he continues to move, sliding his knee across and gets to full mount! Harmon could be inxs bad spot here. Zander made quite a few transitions without much trouble. Altman now tries to open up Janssen with a few strikes with his right elbow. Some nice shots are landing and Janssen is trying to block them with his hands.]

 

[Harmon Janssen tries to roll to his side and trap Zander Altman in his guard. Janssen gets his hip out and moves to full guard. Janssen reaches under and rolls for a kneebar but Altman blocks the attempt and uses the opportunity to seize half guard. Janssen tries to keep the offense going by launching a few weak punches but Altman is able to block them effectively. Deep breaths from Harmon Janssen now who tries a hammer punch to Altman's ribs. Altman blocks those punches and catches his ark and looks for a Kimura! Zander looks to have it in tight but somehow Harmon is able to slip free before it's too late!]

 

[Zander Altman remains in side mount and breathes deeply while on the ground. Willie Green has seen enough passivity on the ground and stands up the fighters. Both fighters continue the fight on their feet. You can hear how the people agree with that decision. Altman looks like he is gassing out as the two circles around. His performance may suffer from here. Altman decides to launch some tentative punches and takes the best of a brief punching exchange. A left hook from Altman just grazes the chin of Janssen. Altman and Janssen step into each other and engage in a wild exchange of punches! Both fighters are connecting and this could be ending soon if either lands a lucky punch.]

 

[Altman changes levels and tries to bring the fight to the ground. Janssen got caught off guard and goes down. Altman moves on the ground and gets to half guard, then from out of nowhere hooks Janssen's right leg and sits back for a kneebar! Altman is locking that Kneebar and you can see the pain reflected in Janssen's eyes! Janssen’s knee looks hyper-extended as Altman extends his hips and sinks the submission deeper and Harmon Janssen taps! Smart move, Harmon Janssen could have been seriously injured by that punishing lock.]
